White Bean Dip
1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic (or 1 t. garlic powder)
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1⁄3 c. The Tasteful Olive medium intensity extra virgin olive oil
1⁄4 c. loosely packed Italian flat leaf parsley leaves
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Serve with: Pita crackers, baby carrots, sliced cucumbers, and sliced bell pepper (for serving) - or any veggies of your choice!
Place the beans, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Transfer to a small bowl and serve with crackers and veggies of choice.
