Tuna White Bean Salad
For the dressing:
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Dill infused olive oil
2 T. mayonnaise
1 1/2 T. The Tasteful Olive Vinoso red wine vinegar
1 1/2 t. honey
1 1/2 t. Dijon mustard
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. Pepper
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and shake to combine.
For the Tuna Salad:
1, 15 1/2 oz. can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2, 5 oz. cans albacore tuna, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
1/2 c. coarsely chopped sundried tomatoes
In a medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients then toss to combine. Stir in dressing. Best served immediately.
