Tuna White Bean Salad
For the dressing:
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Dill infused extra virgin olive oil
2 T. mayonnaise
1 ½ T. The Tasteful Olive Vinoso red wine vinegar
1 ½ t. honey
1 ½ t. Dijon mustard
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. salt
¼ t. Pepper
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and shake to combine.
Tuna Salad:
1, 15 ½ oz. can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2, 5 oz. cans albacore tuna, drained
⅓ c. finely chopped parsley
⅓ c. finely chopped green onion
⅓ c. coarsely chopped sundried tomatoes
In a medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients then toss to combine. Best served immediately.
