Cucumber Basil Dip
1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 c. greek yogurt
1/2 c. The Tasteful Olive Basil pressato olive oil
1 T. The Tasteful Olive Sicilian Lemon white balsamic vinegar
1 Package of Parmesan Basil Dip Mix from The Tasteful Olive
Handful of fresh basil, ripped into smaller pieces
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve. Enjoy with veggie crudité, spread over a sandwich or put a dollop over roasted salmon.
