Cucumber Basil Dip
Ingredients:
1 – 2 Cucumbers, peeled and cubed
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
½ Cup The Tasteful Olive's Basil Olive Oil
1 Tbs The Tasteful Olive’s Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Package of Parmesan Basil Dip Mix from The Tasteful Olive
Handful of fresh basil, ripped into smaller pieces
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve. Enjoy with veggie crudité, spread over a sandwich or put a dollop over roasted salmon.
