Whipped Feta Dip
1 c. crumbled feta cheese
3 T. The Tasteful Olive Dill infused extra virgin olive oil + more for drizzling
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Grapefruit white balsamic vinegar
½ t. dried dill
½ t. ground black pepper
The Tasteful Olive Pink Himalayan sea salt, to taste
Place the feta, olive oil, balsamic, dill, and pepper in a food processor and blend until well combined. You may need to use a spatula to scrape it down and pulse until it’s fairly smooth. Don’t try to get all the lumps out - the feta tends to remain a bit chunky. Taste and add salt if wanted. Place the dip in a serving dish and use the back of a spoon to smooth the top. Drizzle with some more olive oil for garnish. Serve with veggies of choice and pita chips!
