Pineapple Dip with Peppers
1 c. red or yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. light sour cream
1/2 c. light mayo
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 fresh pineapple, finely chopped
zest of 1/2 lime
1 t. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 t. sea salt
2 T. green onion, thinly sliced
2 T. fresh cilantro or parsley, coarsely chopped
2 t. jalapeno, finely chopped
1 T. The Tasteful Olive Pineapple white balsamic vinegar (or more to taste)

Crackers of choice
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except veggies and crackers. Using mixer, beat at medium speed and scrape bowl often until mixed well. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve in a small bowl on platter with veggies and crackers.
