Salted Caramel Apple Dip

1/4 c. granulated sugar 

2 T. heavy cream

1 T. unsalted butter

2 T. The Tasteful Olive Gala Apple dark balsamic vinegar

1/2 t. cinnamon

2 apples, sliced

1 T. fleur de sel 

Over medium high heat melt sugar to caramel stage (320-360 degrees), stirring lightly with a wooden spoon. Remove from the heat and add the butter and stir in. Add the cream. Add the balsamic vinegar and cinnamon. Let the caramel cool. Dip the apples into the warm caramel. Sprinkle with the salt. Enjoy!
