SPICY CUCUMBER SLAW
½ English cucumber sliced, julienne style
The Tasteful Olive’s Roasted Sesame oil
The Tasteful Olive’s Apricot balsamic vinegar
The Tasteful Olive’s Gochujang balsamic vinegar
Place sliced cucumbers in a bowl. Drizzle about 1-2 tsp sesame oil and 1-2 tsp of each balsamic (enough to coat the cucumbers). Add salt and pepper, if desired. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Marinate for 10-15 minutes. Serve on top of your favorite Asian inspired salad and enjoy!
*You can always add EXTRA veggies like onion or red pepper, also cut julienne style to make this slaw even more complex in flavor.
