Spicy Olive Oil Mayo
1 large egg
1 T. mustard
1 T. The Tasteful Olive Champagne wine vinegar
1/2 c. The Tasteful Olive mild extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c.The Tasteful Olive Peperoncino and Garlic pressato olive oil
Salt, to taste
Add all the ingredients into a bowl or container and blend together using an immersion blender until thick and light in color. Can also use a food processor.
You can use different flavored or spicy oils for this recipe.
Suggestions: Try it with the Baklouti Green Chili, Chipotle or Garlic olive oil.
