Winter Maple and Sherry Vinegar Salad Dressing
4 T. The Tasteful Olive mild or medium intensity extra virgin olive oil
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Sherry wine vinegar
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Bourbon Maple dark balsamic vinegar
3 t. dijon mustard
1/2 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. pink Himalayan sea salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)
Optional: 1 t. honey or maple syrup
Whisk together in a jar or shake together in a salad dressing bottle until combined.
Keep in the fridge but bring to room temperature before using.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
