Mixed Green Salad with Sherry Vinaigrette
1 (5 oz.) bag mixed greens
1 red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 c. feta cheese
For the dressing:
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Garlic infused extra virgin olive oil
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Sherry vinegar
1 t. oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Place the salad greens, bell pepper, olives and feta cheese in a large bowl and set aside. For the vinaigrette combine the olive oil, sherry vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl with a tight fitting lid and shake to combine. Pour over the salad, toss and serve!
