Spring Apple and Fig Salad
1 1/2 T. The Tasteful Olive Gala Apple dark balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 T. The Tasteful Olive Fig dark balsamic vinegar
3 T. The Tasteful Olive Gremolata infused olive oil
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
5 oz. mixed greens
1 green apple, sliced
1/3 c. toasted walnuts
1/3 C freshly grated parmesan cheese
Combine oil, vinegars, salt, and pepper in a mason jar (or other tightly closed container) and shake vigorously until thoroughly combined. In a large serving bowl, mix salad greens, apples, walnuts and parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
