1 pint strawberries 10 oz pkg spinach
1 C Feta cheese, crumbled 1 C red onion, slices
½ C medium intensity EVOO (from The Tasteful Olive)
½ C brown sugar
¼ C Peach White Balsamic Vinegar (from The Tasteful Olive)
1-1/2 T poppy seeds ¼ tsp paprika
Kosher salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Toss strawberries, spinach, Feta and onions together in a large bowl.
Dressing directions:
In separate bowl combine all remaining ingredients together until well blended. Drizzle dressing over salad and gently toss. Portion salad onto 8 chilled plates and serve!
