Taste of Spring Spinach Salad
1 pint strawberries, halved (quartered if large)
10 oz. package baby spinach
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. red onion, thinly sliced
2 T. The Tasteful Olive mild or medium intensity extra virgin olive oil
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Peach white Balsamic Vinegar
1 T. poppy seeds
1/8 t. paprika
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Toss strawberries, spinach, feta and onions together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl combine olive oil, balsamic, poppy seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper and whisk to combine. Drizzle dressing over salad and gently toss.
