Marinated Fig Grilled Chicken with Apple Salad

Chicken Marinade

2, 4 oz chicken breast

1 T The Tasteful Olive’s Fig balsamic vinegar

1 T The Tasteful Olive’s Mushroom & Sage olive oil

1 tsp salt

Apple Marinade

1 medium apple any kind

2 oz The Tasteful Olive’s Smeralda or Red Apple balsamic vinegar

1 oz The Tasteful Olive’s mild intensity unflavored olive oil

2 C of mixed greens

1/8 cup of almonds, walnuts, or pecan nuts

Marinate chicken for 10 mins or more in chicken marinade, grill until done on medium heat until 160 degrees on the thickest part of the chicken breast.

Dice apples to bite sized and marinade in the vinegar and oil mix so the apples does not turn color.

Toss the apples and nuts with the mixed greens in a bowl and top with your finished chicken and drizzle additional fig balsamic on top to finish to taste.
