4 oz butter 2 T The Tasteful Olive’s Traditional or Fig
4 onions, sliced balsamic vinegar
Sea Salt and Pepper
Have a skillet ready that has a lid. Put it over medium-high heat and melt the butter. Add the onions and a healthy pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until onions start to turn brown (about 8 minutes). Lower heat to medium-low and cover. Cook for at least 45 minutes or until onions are brown and very sweet. Once satisfied, add the balsamic vinegar and stir. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes and then serve!
