Pineapple Kentuckyaki Sauce and Marinade
2 c. Kentuckyaki Sauce by Bourbon Barrel Foods (available at The Tasteful Olive)
1 c. The Tasteful Olive Pineapple white balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. The Tasteful Olive Harissa infused olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl. Adjust balsamic and olive oil to your taste preferences, if needed.
Suggested Uses:
Marinade for brisket, pork loin, chicken or steaks.
Pulled Pork: Place marinade in crock pot with 1 lb. pork loin. Cover and heat on low for 4 hrs. Pull apart and serve over grilled buns. Use remaining sauce for drizzling.
Dipping Sauce: For grilled meats or Asian dumplings. Drizzle over sandwiches!
Asian Noodle Sauce: Reduce down over medium heat and add 1/4 c. peanut butter to create a delicious Asian Noodle Sauce (using flat rice noodles for best flavor)
