¼ C The Tasteful Olive’s Sherry Reserva wine vinegar
¾ C The Tasteful Olive’s mild or medium intensity unflavored EVOO
2 garlic cloves
1 red onion, minced
Fresh tarragon, thyme, parsley as desired
Lemon zest from one lemon
Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper, as desired
Combine all ingredients and marinate meat for 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours). Meats to use: lamb, beef, chicken…tenderize first if needed.
*Marinating adds flavor to any meat or veggie-or you can use a marinade to drizzle over cheese and veggies. This marinade adds flavor while giving the health benefits of keeping fat and calories to a minimum
