PESTO MARINADE for poultry (serves 4-6 people)
3-4 uncooked chicken breasts (or 6-8 tenderloins)
3 T The Tasteful Olive's Pesto Infused Olive Oil
1 T The Tasteful Olive's Sicilian Lemon balsamic vinegar
1 tsp The Tasteful Olive’s Italian Seasoning
½-1 tsp The Tasteful Olive’s Himalayan Pink sea salt
Instructions and tips:
- Whisk oil & vinegar together, in a small bowl
- Whisk in the sea salt and Italian Seasoning
- Pour over chicken
- Marinate for 3-4 hours
- Grill or cook thoroughly
- Enjoy!
