Pesto Marinade for Poultry
3 T. The Tasteful Olive Pesto infused olive oil
1 T. The Tasteful Olive Sicilian Lemon white balsamic vinegar
1 t. Italian Seasoning (available at The Tasteful Olive)
1 t. Himalayan Pink sea salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 6-8 tenderloins)
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, and salt. Place the chicken in a ziptop bag and pour the marinade in. Seal and make sure all chicken is fully coated in the marinade. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. The chicken can be grilled or baked, whichever is preferred!
