Pickled Red Onions

1 large red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 c. water

1/2 c. The Tasteful Olive Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar

1 t. salt

Place the red onions in a mason jar or airtight container with a lid. Whisk the water, red wine vinegar, and salt until the salt dissolves. Pour over the red onions and allow to sit for at least 2 hours.

These stay fresh in the refrigerator for a week and are excellent on salads, tacos, sandwiches, chili, and more!
