Roasted Onion and Cilantro Okra
Fresh whole okra
The Tasteful Olive Onion and Cilantro infused olive oil
Himalayan pink sea salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Arrange okra on a baking sheet. Brush or drizzle oil over okra, being very generous. Sprinkle each ingredient, one at a time, onto each piece of okra. Brush or drizzle more oil over each okra. Bake for 20 minutes. (Seasoning amounts will vary according to taste and amount of okra you are roasting).
