Orange, Honey, and Strawberry Fusion
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Blood Orange infused extra virgin olive oil
3 T. local honey
10 fresh strawberries, de-stemmed
Place the whole strawberries, honey and olive oil in a glass. Using a muddle stick, or end of a wooden spoon, macerate the strawberries just enough to mash up and mix with the honey and oil.
Serve over pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or pound cake.
