Minty Chocolate Strawberries
2-3 pints strawberries, washed, dried, and quartered
1/2 (heaping) c. mint leaves, chopped
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Chocolate dark balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Italian Lemon infused extra virgin olive oil
Put the strawberries in a medium bowl. Sprinkle the mint leaves over the strawberries. In a small bowl whisk the balsamic and olive oil. Pour over the strawberries and mint then stir gently to combine.
