Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 cup milk 7-10 slices of bread 1/4 cup Blood Orange Olive Oli 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp sugar Butter olive oil for cooking
Toppings:
pint of strawberries
3 tbsp Strawberry Balsamic
2 tbsp Chocolate Balsamic
sugar or honey to taste
whipping cream
powdered sugar
Instruction: In a shallow bowl combine eggs, milk, sugar, olive oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Dunk the bread in the mixture and soak both sides. Meanwhile, warm up a skillet, and add some butter olive oil. Transfer the bread to the skillet and cook until golden. for the toppings, slice some strawberries and toss with a sweetener of your choice and the balsamic vinegars. Serve the French toast with the balsamic strawberries, whipping cream and powdered sugar. |
