Lemon Basil Vinaigrette
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Sicilian Lemon white balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Basil pressato olive oil
1/4 c. feta cheese crumbles
Vigorously whisk vinegar, garlic and red pepper flakes together until thoroughly combined. Add the olive oil by slowly drizzling into bowl while continuing to whisk. Add the feta and stir to combine until you’ve reached your desired texture.
