Lemon Pepper Tilapia
1 lb. tilapia filets (any white fish will work)
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Italian Lemon infused olive oil
1 t. Himalayan pink salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)
2 t. Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend (available at the Tasteful Olive)
Preheat the oven to 400. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment and spray with cooking spray. Lay the tilapia filets on the prepared pan and drizzle evenly with the olive oil. Season with salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the fish filets.
