Lemon Olive Oil Pancakes With Blueberry Balsamic Syrup
Ingredients: Servings: makes about 12 large pancakes
3 C all- purpose flour
7 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
6 T The Tasteful Olive’s Lemon olive oil
2 T sugar
2 ½ C milk
2 eggs
pint of blueberry
Directions:
Lightly oil skillet or griddle and turn on burner to med heat. In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, then stir. Add eggs, milk, and olive oil. Mix until smooth. Use approximately ¼ C batter for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
*recipe makes a large batch, so freeze leftovers to serve again.
For the syrup
mix 1:1 ration of honey,maple syrup, or any syrup of your choosing with our Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar. (suggestion: 1/2 a cup of each)
