Lemon-Lime Pepper Grilled Chicken
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Sicilian Lemon white balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. Pepper Jelly (Campbell Farms available at The Tasteful Olive)
1 T. freshly squeezed lime juice
2 lb. chicken breasts (about 6)
Combine vinegar, jelly, and lime juice in small sauce pan. Cook over low heat 15-20 min. until melted and smooth. Grill chicken for 10 min. on each side, then brush with the jelly sauce. Continue to grill until chicken is done.
