Ginger Miso Dip and Dressing
1/2 c. The Tasteful Olive Honey Ginger white balsamic
1/3 c. tahini
1 green onion, minced
2 T. white miso
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Persian Lime infused olive oil
Splash of water
Whisk the honey ginger balsamic, tahini, green onion and white miso in large bowl. Continue whisking as you slowly drizzle in the lime olive oil. Thin out with bit of water to desired consistency, if needed.
Dazzle vegetable trays with this dip, put it on salads as a dressing, or even use as a sauce! Make a quick, cooling weeknight meal with rice noodles and sautéed red peppers, mushrooms, green onions and edamame.
