Easy Red Wine Vinegar Marinade

1/3 C The Tasteful Olive Red Wine Vinegar

2 T mild or medium intensity EVOO from The Tasteful Olive

1 T Dijon mustard

2 tsp garlic, minced

1 tsp oregano

¼ tsp ground red pepper

2 lb (or up to) meat

 

Combine all ingredients. Place in bag with meat; let set in refrigerator for 30 – 60 minutes before drizzling onto and around meat before grilling or broiling.

 

Other Options:

Combine the red wine vinegar with favorite herbs and olive oil to brush onto veggies while grilling.

Peel and slice fresh fruit like mango and pineapple. Top them with a splash of red wine vinegar, olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon. Grill or roast in oven.
