Easy Red Wine Vinegar Marinade
1/3 c. The Tasteful Olive Red Wine Vinegar
2 T. The Tasteful Olive mild or medium intensity extra virgin olive oil
1 T. dijon mustard
2 t. fresh garlic, minced
1 t. dried oregano
1/4 t. crushed red pepper
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
2 lb. meat of choice
Whisk together the vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. Place in a zip top bag with meat; let set in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before grilling or baking.
