Easy Avocado and Tomato Flatbread

1 piece pre-made naan bread

1 t. The Tasteful Olive Basil pressato olive oil, plus more for topping

fleur de sel, to taste (available at The Tasteful Olive)

1 roma tomato, sliced

1/2 avocado, sliced

1 t. The Tasteful Olive Vinoso red wine vinegar 

1 seedless cucumber, cut into thin slices

pepper, to taste

The Tasteful Olive Traditional or Fig dark balsamic vinegar, for drizzling (if desired)

Preheat the oven to 350. Brush the naan bread with the olive oil and sprinkle with the fleur de sel. Bake for 10 minutes. While it’s cooking, smash together avocado and red wine vinegar & sprinkle of fleur de sel and black pepper.

Spread the mashed avocado on the Naan bread. Top with the fresh slices of tomato and cucumber. Drizzle with a bit more Basil Olive Oil and fleur de sel. Drizzle with balsamic to finish, if desired. Slice and enjoy!
