Oysters with Red Wine Mignonette
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Vinoso red wine vinegar
1 t. fresh cracked black pepper
2 T. honey
1 T. fresh parsley, minced
2 shallots, minced
Salt, to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving, if desired)
Hot sauce (for serving, if desired)
Fresh oysters
Whisk together the vinegar, black pepper, honey, parsley, and shallots. Season to taste and enjoy with lemon wedges and hot sauce on your favorite fresh oysters.
