Herbs de Provence and Apple Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 T. The Tasteful Olive’s Gala Apple balsamic vinegar
2 T. The Tasteful Olive’s Herbs de Provence olive oil
1 t. Dijon mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
5 oz. arugula or mixed greens
4 oz. goat cheese or gorgonzola crumbles
Optional toppings: dried cherries or cranberries, pecans, tomatoes, red onion
Place vinegar, oil, and mustard in bowl and whisk until emulsified. Add salt and pepper. Toss with greens and cheese crumbles and other toppings as desired on top.
