Heirloom Tomato, Peach, and Burrata Salad

2 medium heirloom tomatoes, sliced in 3/8" slices

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 peaches, sliced

1 ball burrata (about 4 oz.), torn into bite sized pieces

2 oz. The Tasteful Olive Basil pressato olive oil

2 oz. The Tasteful Olive Peach white balsamic vinegar

Basil leaves for garnish (if desired)

Place tomato slices in an even layer on a platter and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the peaches and burrata on top of the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, 1/4 t. salt, and 1/8 t. pepper and drizzle over the salad. Top with basil leaves, if using and serve.
