Garlic Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms
1 lb. fresh green beans, ends trimmed
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, halved (quartered if large)
1 T. The Tasteful Olive Mushroom and Sage infused olive oil
1 T. The Tasteful Olive Black Garlic dark balsamic vinegar
1 t. Pink Himalayan sea salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)
1/4 t. black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Preheat oven to 425o F. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and spread out on 15”x10” baking pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
