Garlic Roasted Carrots
1 lb. medium-sized carrots, halved lengthwise (quarter if larger)
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Roasted Onion infused olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Black Garlic balsamic vinegar
2 T. chopped parsley leaves (optional garnish)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place carrots in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Gently toss to combine. Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, drizzle with balsamic and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
