Baked Chicken in an Onion-Cilantro and Jalapeno-Strawberry Marinade
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Strawberry dark balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Jalapeno Lime white balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Onion and Cilantro infused olive oil
Pink Himalayan sea salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)
Pepper
1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar, oils, and 1 1/2 t. salt together (or shake to combine in an airtight container). Place chicken into a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the chicken and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
