Apple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

3 c. fresh brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half

1 large granny smith apple, cubed into bite-sized pieces

1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

1 1/2 T. The Tasteful Olive mild or medium intensity extra virgin olive oil

Himalayan Pink Salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)

Ground Black Pepper, to taste

1 1/2 T. The Tasteful Olive Smeralda Apple white balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 400. Toss brussels sprouts, apples, walnuts, olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl until brussels sprouts are completely covered. Place in a single layer on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (be sure to spread into a single layer). Roast for 15 minutes or until just tender. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Return to oven and roast for 5 more minutes until tender. Serve and enjoy!
