Apple and Fig Salad
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Gremolata infused olive oil
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Apple Fig dark balsamic blend
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
5 oz. mixed greens
1 green apple, sliced
1/3 c. toasted walnuts
1/3 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
Combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mason jar (or other tightly closed container) and shake vigorously until thoroughly combined. In a large serving bowl, mix salad greens, apples, walnuts and parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
