Whipped Goat Cheese with Rosemary Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp The Tasteful Olive Rosemary Olive Oil (or your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Honey (or to taste)
  • Drizzle of The Tasteful Olive Fig Balsamic Vinegar or Estilo Affinato

Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with a drizzle of Balsamic vinegar and more olive oil. It works great as a dip or use it as a cheese spread on bagels or toast.
