Whipped Goat Cheese with Rosemary Olive Oil

4 oz. goat cheese

4 oz. cream cheese

1 T. The Tasteful Olive Rosemary pressato extra virgin olive oil, plus more for topping, if desired

1 T. Honey 

Drizzle of The Tasteful Olive Fig dark balsamic vinegar or Estilo Affinato dark balsamic vinegar

Place goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and honey in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with a drizzle of Balsamic vinegar and more olive oil. It works great as a dip or use it as a cheese spread on bagels or toast.
