Very Easy Brownies or Cake with Olive Oil
1 package brownie or cake mix
The Tasteful Olive Blood Orange, Italian Lemon or Butter infused olive oil
Mix cake according to package instructions, replacing the vegetable oil with one of the above olive oils. The olive oil will allow the dessert to remain light, moist and fresh longer...and you will have healthy benefits!
