Roasted Red Pepper Spread
2 jars of roasted red peppers (drained)
1/4 c.The Tasteful Olive Tuscan Herb infused extra virgin olive oil
8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 t. fresh thyme leaves
2 whole garlic cloves
sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Serve as a spread for crackers, over pasta or with bread.
