2 roasted red bell peppers(peeled and de-seeded)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T The Tasteful Olive’s Traditional balsamic vinegar
1 T The Tasteful Olive’s Chipotle olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
Roast, peel and de-seed the red peppers (or use a jarred product). Place in blended with other ingredients and process until smooth. Strain if necessary to remove lumps.
