Rhubarb French 75
1 oz. gin
1/2 oz. The Tasteful Olive Rhubarb white balsamic vinegar
1/2 oz. simple syrup (can also use agave)
3 oz. sparkling wine (such as champagne or prosecco), chilled
In a cocktail shaker combine the gin, balsamic, and simple syrup. Fill with ice and shake for 30 seconds to combine. Strain into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine, and serve immediately.
