Quick Gourmet Pasta
8 oz. pasta of your choice
Sea Salt (for cooking pasta)
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
4 t. The Tasteful Olive White Truffle gourmet olive oil
Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water and drain. Divide pasta into 2 separate bowls and add parmesan cheese on each, tossing to fold in. Drizzle 2 t. truffle oil on top of each individual serving. Serve immediately. Makes 2 main dish servings.
