Pico de Gallo
3 medium sized tomatoes cored, seeded, and diced
1/2 medium sized red onion, diced
2 jalapenos, stemmed, seeded and minced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
3 T. The Tasteful Olive Garlic infused olive oil
3 T. The Tasteful Olive Sherry wine vinegar
3/4 t. salt
1/2 black pepper
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Stir and toss well. Excellent with tortilla chips, tacos or served over any grilled meat.
