Ingredients:
-Olive Tapenade from Veloute
-a pint of Cherry tomatoes
-Basil leaves to taste
-Baguette (Try Veloute's brioche baguette)
-2 tbsp Your choice of EVOO from The Tasteful Olive
-1 tbsp Your choice Balsamic Vinegar fromThe Tasteful Olive
-salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cut the tomatoes in quarters or cubes and toss with the fresh basil, the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Set aside. Slice the baguette and spread some olive tapenade on it. Top the crostini with the tomatoes. Serve and enjoy!
