Nutritious Baked Apples
2 large apples
1 T. butter, melted
1 t. The Tasteful Olive Honey Ginger white balsamic vinegar
4 t. granola (or use more if you have jumbo apples)
2 t. ground cinnamon
2 t. brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350. Wash and core apples, being careful not to poke through the bottoms. Mix remaining ingredients, then distribute evenly among the two apples
Cover the bottom of a loaf pan with aluminum foil. Put about 1/2" of water on bottom of pan. Place apples in pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Test frequently with fork until desired tenderness is reached. Let cool slightly before serving.
