Maple Balsamic Glazed Roasted Pecans

3 T. The Tasteful Olive Bourbon Maple dark balsamic vinegar

3/4 c. light brown sugar

1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive medium intensity extra virgin olive oil

1 T. water

4 c. raw pecans

Preheat the oven to 350. Combine balsamic, sugar, olive oil and water in a medium size bowl and whisk together well. Add pecans to maple glaze. Mix well, making sure all of the pecans are coated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pecans onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in oven for 20 min., tossing every 5 min to prevent pecans from clumping together (watch pecans carefully in the last 3-4 minutes). Remove pecans from oven and allow to cool completely, stirring frequently to prevent clumping.
