Blueberry Salmon 

1/2 c. frozen blueberries

2 T. The Tasteful Olive Blueberry dark balsamic vinegar

2 T. raw honey

1 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice

2, 6 oz. salmon fillets

2 T. The Tasteful Olive Blood Orange infused olive oil

Himalayan pink salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)

Fresh ground pepper

Place blueberries, vinegar, honey and lemon juice in a small pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over very low heat for 10 min.

Meanwhile, brush salmon lightly with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill for about 5 minutes per side over medium heat. When cooked as desired, remove and drizzle with the blueberry glaze.
