Blue Cheese and Raspberry Vinaigrette
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Herbs de Provence infused olive oil
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Raspberry dark balsamic vinegar
1 T. dijon mustard
1 t. pink Himalayan sea salt (available at the Tasteful Olive)
1 t. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled
Whisk together all ingredients.
Cook's note: Best served over a spring salad mix with dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, green onions, diced red peppers, and chopped hard boiled egg.
