Harissa Sweet Pea Hummus
1, 10 oz. bag sweet peas thawed and drained
1/3 c. The Tasteful Olive Harissa infused extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ c. tahini
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Roasted Sesame gourmet oil
2 large cloves garlic
1 t. hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
1 t. cumin
1 t. Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (available at The Tasteful Olive)
Crostini or pita (for serving)
Place all ingredients except crostini or pita into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth. Spread hummus on crostini or pita and serve!
